Why I Built EliteVate
After 23 consecutive years of top-ranked success in wealth management, I stepped away from Corporate America at the top. Not because I had to, but because I saw a bigger opportunity.
I built my advisory business from the ground up, earning consistent top 1% national recognition. That success led to executive leadership, where I didn’t just manage markets, I rebuilt them. I led multi-billion-dollar businesses across more than 240 locations and was repeatedly tapped to turn underperforming regions into top-performing teams.
Early in my career, I didn’t just study products I studied people. I immersed myself in behavioral psychology and decision-making patterns to understand what builds trust and drives action.
